Steak-umm
Fried Rice

Ingredients:
• 1 pkg. Steak-umm Sliced Steaks
• 2 Tbls. Canola oil
• 2 Cloves garlic
• 3 – Green onions, chopped
• 2 Cups -Instant Rice, cooked ahead
• 2 Tbls. – Soy sauce
• Red Pepper flakes (optional)
• 2 Tbls. Ginger (optional)
• Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the instant rice according to directions and set aside.
Heat Canola oil in a wok or large pan on the stove over medium-high
heat. Add garlic, ginger (optional) and green onions to hot oil.
Stir constantly so garlic doesn’t burn.
When garlic is golden, break the Steak-umm Sliced Steaks and add
to pan and cook until done, adding salt and pepper if desired.
Once the Steak-umm Steaks are cooked, stir in rice and soy sauce
and mix well. Cook for about 5 minutes and you’re done!
For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes, or try
Siracha chili sauce. You can also add 2 Tbls. of Oyster sauce.
