Steak-umm Stromboli

Instructions:

Roll out pizza dough into rectangular shape. Cover the top with cooked Steam-umm Steaks, leaving about a quarter-inch border all around. Add a layer of American cheese. Roll the dough into a log and tuck the ends. Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes until brown. Remove the baked log onto a cutting board and cut into slices.

Optional:
Before rolling you can add fried peppers & onions.
Substitute the American cheese with provolone or mozzarella cheese.

Tip:
Brush the log with egg white for a brown finish.
